Terms of Service
These terms are the deal between you and NeuraNest Innovations LLC when you use VowSite. We've kept the language human on purpose. Last updated July 22, 2026.
The service
VowSite lets you build and publish a wedding website with guest management, RSVPs, registries and cash funds, photo collection, and related tools. Building in draft mode is free; publishing your site live to guests requires the one-time $49 Wedding Pass. Optional add-ons (like the digital disposable camera) are priced as shown on our pricing page.
Your account
Keep your credentials safe — you're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 to create an account. Provide accurate information, and only add guest data you have the right to share.
Cash gifts and payments
Cash gifts are processed through Stripe Connecton your own Stripe account: gifts go directly to you, and you — not VowSite — are the merchant of record. We charge a blended platform fee of 3.5% on cash gifts (which covers Stripe's processing costs), with a setting that controls whether guests or you cover it. VowSite is not a bank, escrow service, or money transmitter; Stripe's own terms govern your connected account, including identity verification and payout timing.
Your content
Your wedding content — words, photos, guest lists, everything — belongs to you and your guests. You grant us the license needed to host, display, and back it up in order to run the service, and nothing more. We don't use your content for advertising or AI training.
Don't upload content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or harms others. We may remove content or suspend accounts that do.
AI features
AI-assisted features (story writing, guest-list photo import) can make mistakes — review what they produce before publishing or importing. They are conveniences, not guarantees.
Refunds, disclaimers, and liability
Refunds are described in our refund policy. VowSite is provided "as is"; we work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't promise uninterrupted service, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
Ending things, governing law, and changes
You can delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and note the change; continued use means acceptance. Questions? Contact us.
