the guest list, handled
RSVPs that understand households, not just names.
VowSite is a wedding website with built-in RSVP and guest management. Guests find their whole household by typing one name and respond for everyone at once — meals, plus-ones, and your custom questions included — while your dashboard tracks every response in real time.

Built around households, the way invitations actually work
You don't invite 150 individuals — you invite the Riveras, and Grandma Jean, and your college roommate plus guest. VowSite models exactly that. Guests search their name, see their household, and answer for the whole party in one pass: who's coming, what they're eating, and anything else you asked.
- Household and party grouping — one lookup covers the whole invitation.
- Meal choices and custom questions, enforced server-side so answers stay clean.
- Plus-one rules honored automatically: only guests you've given a plus-one can bring one.
Your guest list gets in without the data entry
Import from any spreadsheet with automatic column matching, or photograph a handwritten list and let the AI importer read the names for you. Duplicate-name disambiguation means two cousins named Sarah never collide.
- Spreadsheet import with automatic matching — no template required.
- AI photo import: snap the list your mom wrote, get rows back.
- Personalized invite links (email or text) that open straight to the right household.
Deadlines and capacity, gently enforced
Set an RSVP deadline and an optional guest cap and the site holds the line for you — late responses are politely closed off, and capacity is enforced at submission time. No spreadsheet reconciliation at midnight.
- RSVP deadline gates responses automatically.
- Live counts: accepted, declined, awaiting — always current in your dashboard.
Questions couples ask us
- Can guests RSVP for their whole family at once?
- Yes — that's the core design. One guest searches their name, sees everyone in their household or party, and submits responses for all of them in a single pass.
- Can we ask our own questions?
- Yes. Add custom questions (song requests, dietary details, shuttle seats) and mark them required or optional. Required questions are enforced when a guest submits.
- How do plus-ones work?
- You decide who gets a plus-one when you build the guest list. Guests who have one can add their date's name during RSVP; guests who don't simply won't see the option.
- What if two guests have the same name?
- The RSVP lookup shows a disambiguation list — guests pick their own household from the matches, so responses never land on the wrong person.
- Can we RSVP on paper too?
- Of course. Anything that arrives by mail or word of mouth can be logged in the dashboard in seconds, and it all lands in the same live count.
