Refund Policy

If you haven't published your site live to guests yet, we'll refund your $49 Wedding Pass in full — no questions, no forms, just send us a note.

• Before publish: full refund of the Wedding Pass, any time, for any reason. Building in draft mode is free anyway, so you lose nothing by trying.
• After publish:the pass is considered delivered — your site is live to your guests — so it's no longer refundable. If something went genuinely wrong, write to us anyway; we're two humans, not a policy engine.
• Camera add-ons:refundable before your event if the roll hasn't been used.
• Cash gifts: gifts from your guests go through your own Stripe account, so gift refunds are between you, your guest, and Stripe — we can point you to the right button.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days once processed by Stripe.
