Privacy Policy

VowSite is operated by NeuraNest Innovations LLC ("we", "us"). Questions about this policy or your data: contact us and a real person will respond.

Account information. Your name, email address, and password (stored as a hash by our authentication provider) when you create an account.

Wedding content. Everything you add to your site: your story, photos, event details, registry and cash-fund settings, and design choices.

Guest information you provide.Names, households, and contact details you import or enter for your guest list. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to share your guests' information with us; we use it only to run your wedding site.

Guest submissions. RSVP responses, meal choices, guestbook messages, and photos your guests upload through your site.

Payment information. Handled by Stripe — card numbers never touch our servers. Cash gifts are processed on your own Stripe account; we see transaction metadata (amounts, status), not card details.

Usage data. Standard analytics (pages visited, approximate location, device type) via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, and error reports via Sentry with personal data scrubbed.

• To send emails you asked for (invitations, RSVP confirmations).
• To send SMS messages you explicitly compose and broadcast.
• To power optional AI features you invoke (see below).
• To fix bugs and understand how the product is used.

We do notsell your data or your guests' data, and we do not use your wedding content for advertising.

Two features send data to AI providers only when you use them: the "Our Story" writing assistant (OpenAI or Google Gemini) and the guest-list photo importer, which reads a photo you upload to extract names. We send only what the feature needs, and we do not permit these providers to train on your content. We also block AI-training crawlers from couple wedding sites in our robots policy.

We use a small set of service providers to run VowSite: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS), OpenAI / Google (AI features, on demand), Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (analytics), and Sentry (error monitoring). Each receives only what its job requires.

• You can edit or delete your wedding content and guest list from your dashboard at any time.
• You can ask us to export or permanently delete your account and its data — contact usand we'll do it.
• Guests can ask their couple, or us directly, to remove their RSVP or submissions.

We keep your data while your account is active and delete it on request. VowSite is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If this policy changes materially, we'll note it here with a new date.
